Snakes
Snakes are menacing predators which in the evolution process successfully adapted to hunting. Despite the lack of limbs, moving eye-lids and external ear these animals move very quickly and craftily and easily find the victim. They hunt very different animals: from ants to antilopes, sometimes throttling their victims or poisoning them. Snakes cannot chew the food but their cranial bones are thin and flexibly joined that’s why the jaws are opened widely and snaked swallow their victims as a whole. These animasl live on all continents except Antarctica as well as on many ocean islands. Not more than 10% of almost 3000 species are poisonous and only a small number of species are dangerous for humans.
