Boulenger’s Snake

- Is found in North Vietnam and South China (Hainan island);
- The life span is more than 20 years;
- At the tip of the snout there is a cone-shaped process the meaning of which is unknown.
- The species was discovered for the first time during the expedition to Vietnam of Tula Exotarium and Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 1995; the same year it was bred in captivity in Tula for the first time; owing to our captive breeding the species is represented in many Zoos of the world beginning since recent time.
