It is distributed in Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina;
Longevity is up to 20 years;
The length of the body with the tail is 3,5 meters, some individuals attain the length of 5 meters; in translation from Latin “notaeus” means “spotted”, “tattooed”, which emphasizes the contrast colouration of these snakes.
In our Zoo it periodically gives offspring right before the eyes of our visitors.
