Our zoo offers You to resort to field lectures in the educational process. The lectures are given by our guides showing live animals and reference material. This is a unique opportunity of mastering new material via direct interaction of children with animals. The total list of the proposed lectures for academic year 2007-2008 is the following:
"Pets". Main features of keeping exotic animals at home. It is recommended for school children of the 1st-5th forms within the course of Nature Study.
“Animals in Myths and Legends”. Zootheism in the world religions, religious role of animals in formation and uprise of the religions of different countries. It is recommended for school-children of the 6th-9th, 10th, 11th forms as an integration of Biology with the World Fiction and for students of the biology specialties within the course of Culture Science.
“Animals-Fairy Tales Heros”. This lecture gets the children to learn uncommon and often seemingly disagreeable animals in the acceptable for children form. It is recommended for school children of the 5th form and students-future primary school teachers.
